Rolf T. Nelson has been engaged in the practice of law in Minnesota since 1967. Since 1984, his practice has increasingly focused on the complex area of asset protection planning for the elderly. In 1996, Mr. Nelson became Minnesota’s first nationally Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA). He earned the CELA designation from the National Elder Law Foundation (NELF), the only certifying agency approved by the American Bar Association (ABA). Mr. Nelson has served on the NELF Exam Committee since 1997, which writes and grades all national CELA certification exams. In 2002, Mr. Nelson was elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the National Elder Law Foundation.

Marilyn L. Bluel began working as a legal secretary in 1975. She received her certificate as a paralegal in 1977 from the paralegal program then under the Minnesota State Bar Association. Her legal background includes criminal and personal injury litigation, family law, consumer and bankruptcy law and real estate. Since 1987 Marilyn has concentrated in the area of Estate and Asset Protection Planning with Estate Crafters Attorneys At Law.
